Bespoke Packaging

Packaging is a corner stone of our brand. It is important that your experience with Pownall Bentley is memorable. That experience should begin from the moment you open your box. Consequently, Pownall Bentley considers very carefully the quality and type of packaging that we use.

As a result, we design each cardboard box to our own specification. The design team ensures they plan sufficient protection for each product. However we also want to create a luxurious experience. In other words, the packaging should be both functional and memorable.

They achieve this through using great design. For example, we wrap the Griffin around the edge of each box. This adds to the brand experience.

Tissue Paper

Most importantly, the packaging must protect the item during transit. Therefore, every product is wrapped in our high quality tissue paper.

The tissue paper ensures that your purchase looks good but in addition that it arrives safely.  Even the crest used is from one of Britain’s most exclusive cavalry regiments. It is from the The 5th Royal Inniskilling Dragoon Guards.

Finally, we add shock absorbing foam to cushion the product from any unexpected bumps.

Other Packaging Items

In addition to the product, each box contains four other items:

Firstly, the Certificate of Authenticity is included. This is unique to your product. Furthermore, it contains your product’s production number and a wax seal.

Secondly,  we insert a short history of your chosen regiment.

Thirdly, our despatch team adds a packing list and a copy of your invoice.

Lastly,  we insert a returns form.  However, we hope that you will not need to use it!
