Packaging

Our drums come in bespoke packaging. There is "shadow foam" inside the top and bottom of the branded box. Inside the drum is tightly wrapped in branded tissues paper. The Product box is then placed inside a purposely sized stiff cardboard outer box that is filled with foam "peanuts" ensuring that, even if the stiff outer box is dropped in transit, there is no possible damage to your miniature drum.

Shipping

Common questions about shipping, delivery and courier services

All our times have their weight and dimensions on the product page.

Our miniature drums each weigh 800g. Our packaging adds a further 250g

They measure 3.5in (h) x 3in (w) x 3in (d) or 11cm (h) x 8.5cm(w) x 8.5cm(d).

Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.

We use various couriers services to ensure you receive the best freight service possible.

In the UK, we use Royal Mail for smaller items and Hermes Courier services for larger or more valuable items.

For Europe, we use Royal Mail Parcelforce and Hermes.

For all other locations we use Hermes.

We can deliver our miniature drums to the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada. Other countries are by separate agreement - please send us an email.

We'll look to get your product to you as soon as possible. 

Delivery Issues

As our orders are processed promptly, changing your order after it’s been placed can be complex.

Because of this, we recommend contacting us immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order. We will always do our best to make sure you’ll get what you need, however, there may be additional costs incurred.

Please contact us through the contact form if there's an issue or something that needs to be changed. 

That's no good - we'll work with you to rectify the issue

If you have received the incorrect product, we will have the right product sent to you promptly. To return the incorrect product, we will send you shipping documents to attach to the package and will arrange for our courier to collect the package at a time that suits you (Miniature Drums only).

Shipping damage is frustrating here's what you can do.

Please notify your delivery driver upon receipt, ensuring they record it then contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If they have already skedaddled, then no worries.

We will need a description of the damages and pictures of the damaged items/packaging. This information is very helpful to us in assessing how we package our orders and helps prevent similar problems in the future. Replacements will be promptly arranged with Customer Care team.

Please note: If the damages are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, you will be liable for the replacement costs.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Please choose your Miniature drum carefully as we do not provide a refund if you change your mind or if the miniature drum is no longer required.

In order to make the right choice, we recommend that you check the artwork of the miniature drum that you are interested in. These can be found in the product page for each model.

You can also find the product dimensions and weight on that same page.

Please contact our team to assist and clarify information pertaining to the Miniature Drum you are interested in.

We will not provide a refund due to a change of mind for whatever reason, once your order has been confirmed, paid for and partially or fully shipped.

In special circumstances, you may be able to exchange part of your order for another.

At our sole discretion, we may accept exchanges on some products.

This policy excludes any product that has been custom made or made to order.

Please note: Any items that you are exchanging, must be returned in new, unused condition and packaged in the original packaging.

A minimum 15% restocking fee will apply to the products being exchanged. Shipping costs to return the original and resend the alternative item/s will also apply

Looking to return an item?

If you are considering the return of an item, please first contact us first as any item returns must first be approved.

Approved returns must be received back in new, unused condition and in original packaging.

Upon receipt back to our warehouse, the goods will be subject to inspection to ensure they meet these requirements.

We'll do our best to make this hassle free. We want you to love our customer service hopefully as much as you love our products!
